We are in-network with several insurance companies including Medicare, Blue Cross\Blue Shield, Humana, United, Cigna, Aetna, and First Health. We are adding new providers on a regular basis. We can bill other insurance companies as out-of-network providers. Our customer service representatives and billing specialists will confirm insurance authorization prior to patient’s treatment so they are informed about their coverage. We also suggest that patients call their insurance company to clarify questions regarding coverage.

We have clients who choose to see our physical therapists on a cash basis for specialized treatment or when the insurance coverage ends.
 

We can establish a cash rate for individuals based on the goals and plan of care.
